When do I sign a purchase contract with DEVICEdeal24?
By ordering and paying for a product, you enter into a purchase agreement with DEVICEdeal24. All our prices include VAT.
How does the ordering process work?
Step 1: Select the product and add it to the basket.
Click ‘View’ to see the product. Select the product and quantity you want and click ‘add to basket’. You will be redirected to a new screen where you can continue shopping or checkout. Click ‘Complete order’ to continue with the ordering process.
Step 2: Personal details
Here you fill in all mandatory fields, then click on ‘register’.
Step 3: Payment method selection and verification
Check the details of your order and choose how you want to pay. Confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and then click ‘Checkout’.
Step 4: Complete the payment Enter your payment details and authorise the payment to take place. Once we receive the payment, we process the order.
Step5: Confirmation DEVICEdeal24
As soon as payment has been made, we will confirm your order. This forms the purchase contract.
What does my receipt confirmation mean?
You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail. It states the following
Description of the purchased item and quantity;
The price of the purchased item including VAT;
Your personal details such as name and address, such as where your order should go. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, both are indicated;
Your e-mail address and telephone number;
Order number;
Delivery time;
